We were new homeowners and about a month into living in our new home the ceiling came down in our kitchen from a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Our initial claim settlement did not cover the cost of fixing the damage and as it was partially denied by our insurance company. We contacted Gary and he negotiated with the insurance company to get our claim adjusted to cover the full cost of the repairs. He was very professional and thorough and I don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t been there to help us with our claim.
